山东多地降雨量破历史极值 “利奇马”或遭除名

今天晚上“利奇马”在山东青岛市黄岛区再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压为980百帕。
中央气象台预计，受“利奇马”影响，11日20时至12日20时，山东中西部和半岛北部、河北东部、天津大部、辽宁大部、吉ink1" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/neimenggu_jingdian/10427.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">林东部等地有大到暴雨，其中，山ink2" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/news/2734.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">东北部、河北东北部、辽ink1" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/ningnan/61091.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">宁南部等地的部分地区有大暴雨（100～220毫米）。

据统计，1949年-2015年登陆山东的热带气旋一共有13个，平均大约5年才有一个台风登陆，登陆时间主要集中于7-8月。山东纬度相比偏北，需要热带气旋近ink1" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/haibei/71112.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">海北上，因而台风登陆的概率较小。

除了“利奇马”，未来几天ink2" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/news/2733.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">西北ink1" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/taiping/a85338.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">太平洋洋面上的另一个台风“罗莎”也将影响我国，尤其是辽宁一带。
明后天强降雨重心将逐渐向辽宁转移，辽宁强降雨或持续14日。“罗莎”提供的水汽和东移冷空气将在辽宁一带形成新的低涡，再度制造强降雨，目前来看，辽宁ink2" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/news/2732.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">西南部和辽宁东ink1" target="_blank" href="http://tianqi.eastday.com/nanbu/60926.html" style="text-decoration-line: none; outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); cursor: pointer;">南部一带的雨都会比较大，累计降雨或破历史极值，闵裕秋表示。
专家表示此次台风致灾性很强，山东需高度防范，明后天强降雨将转移至辽宁一带，也需加强防范。
